The scope of work for this project was to provide mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering systems for the construction of a new 25,000 square foot public safety facility to include 4 apparatus bays, living quarters with full kitchen facilities, administrative space, and support areas for the fire department as well as administrative space, prisoner and evidence processing, secure vehicle storage, and dispatch for the police department. The facility consisted of three stories with no basement.

Specific areas of engineering services include:

• HVAC systems include DX VAV units, Split System and Variable Refrigerant Heat Pumps, Kitchen Hoods with Exhaust and Make-up air fans, and Gas Infrared heaters.

• Electrical systems include Emergency Generator, Infrastructure for 911 Call center and Police and Fire Radio services.

• Plumbing systems include Underground diesel storage tank for generator, solar tube water heater and general public and private restroom facilities.
