Armstrong Atlantic, lighting tower

The firm dates to 1972 when the private practice of C.J. Dulohery, Jr., P.E., Consulting Engineer was established. Two years later, James E. Weeks, Jr., P.E., joined the practice to form Dulohery & Weeks Consulting Engineers. Carl Gagliano joined the firm soon after to give the Company the name Dulohery, Weeks and Gagliano. This past year, the firm has officially shortened it's name to DWG, Inc.

In order to achieve long term success we have committed ourselves to certain goals among which are:

Maintain a staff of well qualified professionals who have a vested interest in our clients success.

Listen with open minds to clients needs so that our designs can be responsive to what the user requires rather than what we think they should have.

Be aware of budgetary considerations and strive to provide designs that are the highest functional quality consistent with the economic reality of each project.

Identify certain people in our organization to acquire special skills in particular technical areas in order to better service our clients.

Increase our productivity and accuracy by using technology to the maximum extent possible.

To match to the greatest extent feasible our computer production systems with those of our clients.

To maintain our library of codes and industry standards so as to be abreast of the latest developments.

Keep in mind that our clients are really the people that make up the businesses we deal with. We want to help each of those clients within a firm be successful within their firm.

To always remember that our success cannot be any greater than the success of our clients.
